To complement the reach of directly operated retail network, Pou Sheng also sells sportswear products on a wholesale basis to retail sub-distributors, which in turn sell the products through the retail outlets that they operate under Pou Sheng's supervision. As at December 31, 2007, the number of retail outlets operated by Pou Sheng's retail sub-distributors for Pou Sheng's retail business amounted to 747, covering many of the major cities and provinceswithin the PRC. Pou Sheng's regional joint ventures also operate similar wholesale businesses with 2,232 retail outlets operated by retail sub-distributors under their supervision.
